Gard Westbye is the Chief Executive Officer and owner of OPE (Oslo Private Etterforskningsbyrå AS). OPE was founded in 1965 by Mr. Gunnar Reklev as the first private investigating company in Norway. Gard Westbye is a member of the World Association of Detectives (WAD), the Association of British Investigators (ABI), Internationale Kommision der Detectiv-Verbande (IKD) Council of International Investigators (CII), Institute of Professional Investigators (MIPI), British-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (BNCC). He is also a Consultant for the Pioneer Diver Association in Norway (NSDA)
Gard Westbye is the owner and Managing Director of OPE. He has his background from Insurance/ Fund Management and have worked as private investigator for 14 years.
Inge Solheim joined the board of OPE as an active member. His background lies within the Stock-broking and Security Business. He is best known from his North-Pole expeditions.
OPE, is mainly working on assignments in corporate investigation, insurance claims investigation, security risk management, pre-employment screening, surveillance/ undercover enquiries and the tracing of assets and individuals.
