Paul Wiseman, Proprietor and Senior Investigator founded Paul Wiseman Investigations in 2001 after gaining several years experience in the armed forces and as a manager with Royal Mail. He holds a Diploma in Private Investigation(Distinction), City & Guilds in Interviewing Techniques, Certificate in Accident Investigation, is registered as a Data controller with the Information Commissioner and is licensed with the Office of Fair trading to act as a credit reference agency.
